A focus on family

The Business of Strautmann Hopkins

The relationship between Hopkins and Strautmann began back in 1983, with John Hopkins completing a search for the best quality loader wagon he could find when he decided on Strautmann wagons from Germany. Ever since, the relationship between Strautmann and Hopkins has continued to strengthen, alongside the passion and commitment dedicated to the brand. Now, Conor Hopkins, the grandson of John Hopkins, has joined as the newest face of the team, representing the third generation of the Hopkins family in the business.

Focusing on family values while providing an exceptional, personalised service is at the heart of Strautmann Hopkins. Palmerston North houses the head office, with an agency in the South Island and more recently in the Waikato. With this, Strautmann Hopkins continues to grow while maintaining their core values of bringing top in class machinery and service to their customers. With such a firmly committed team behind the brand, the future of Strautmann and Strautmann Hopkins looks bright.
